The Department was established in 2004 in response to the trend of confluence between Communication and Information Technology. The program converges the professional fields of communication, information technology and communication technology, and utilizes integrated communication teaching models to cultivate communication professionals who are capable in Information Technology and Digital Multimedia applications.

Even though the goals for our Master’s Program and Work-experience Master's Program are the same, the Work-experience Master's Program places more emphasis on cultivating students with new media capacity as well as middle or higher level managerial abilities.
